Overall have had a good experience here. Just like any other apartment complex, you have good and bad experiences & neighbors. Some drawbacks about this place for me personally include people not cleaning dog messes outside my balcony, LOUD upstairs neighbors, and the trash service throwing my trash can around every night.

Dalian 151 is the best place to rent a home when it comes to modernity, safety, community and friendliness. I cannot stress enough how helpful the staff is when it comes to any issue you may have, all I know is that they will do their best to solve that issue immediately.

Amenities are fantastic, I love hanging out ant the pool and using the gym. Very clean environment. Office staff is very good with responding to concerns and maintenance works quick as well!
