This community has been on a steady decline (not in rent costs) for the last 2-3 years. I live here because I’m lazy and hate moving. At some point I will had had enough and find someplace else to live.

Excellent maintenance and management, but very dirty and smells bad. It is very difficult to get management to follow up on complaints about other unit hygiene and leaks from the roof.

Have been here since BEFORE the property became Judson Pointe, STILL here because I enjoy it QUITE a lot. The leasing staff and maintenance work VERY hard to make things comfortable and pleasant for the residents, I see this consistently and as much as I can, I do my best to tell them so, show appreciation for it and to do my part to cooperate with them and to respect my neighbors. THAT is what builds and sustains a GREAT community!
