Amazing Property!

he staff is the most helpful and friendly I have meet to date. The complex is very pretty and well maintained. the area is great and has many things to do.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE !!!!!

Do not move here !!!! They try to make the apartment look nice on the outside but it is really cheap. Found out it used to be section A housing and there is nothing wrong with that but you can tell they did a paint job to try and cover all of the gross infestations and stuff they should have fixed. The counter tops in the kitchen are painted, over never seen that & with cheap paint that peels off and there is roach poop everywhere. You’ll find it in your dishes and every crack of your place, as… soon as you turn on the lights you’ll see them roaming everywhere. The pest control comes and it does nothing because they don’t understand those roaches are already under the apartment and in the walls. LIKE I SAID INFESTED!!!! Save the close to $1500 your spending for a gross apartment for a new one that won’t scam you and won’t cause you trips to the doctor

Roach infested

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS DUMP!!! Roaches are everywhere. EVERYWHERE! No matter how much they spray. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, the roaches have taken over this complex. I have had conversations with several neighbors and the roach infestation is throughout the entire complex. I tried to get my own exterminator that I was willing to pay. But because it's an apartment complex, I was told they cannot come treat it. Sendero's management and Greystar don't care at all. They want the rent… payment every month but don't care if their tenants are living with roaches. We pay an extra fee every month for pest control that isn't controlling them. I have never, ever looked forward to moving...until now. The end of my lease cannot come fast enough! Again, don't move here, don't stop by and tour. Go look at a nice apartment. The City of San Antonio needs to condemn this complex and tear it down.
