I have been living in Tacara for a few months and I am very happy, the office and maintenance people have always had excellent customer service, the property is very clean, I will definitely renew my contract here.

Pros: Nice, quiet, and pet-friendly community. Since the property is only about four years old, maintenance issues are minimal, and the amenities are exactly as advertised (the gym is fully functional).
?Cons / Advice: Read the fine print carefully before signing. You need to be very aware of community policies and strictly adhere to them. Management is good about sending out notifications, but you have to stay on top of it.
?Overall, it's a solid place to live. If you come here, just take care… of the property and follow the guidelines.

I love living at Tacara at Crosswinds. The management team is very helpful and nice. The maintenance crew fixes things fast. My apartment is beautiful and modern. The pool and gym are always clean. It is a peaceful place to live.
