It is a good place to live maintenance a super fast. Mailroom keeps on getting broken into. Now it is being locked every night. Staff is friendly

I have been living at The Ravinia since August 2023, the duration of my time in San Antonio, Texas. It has been a very pleasant experience. They are human and compassionate. I open a service request and they are addressed in a timely manner. More recently the parking lot was restriped... What could have been a terrible experience with so many cars and individuals actually flowed quite well! Well done! Yassy was out walking the lot and the restriping was completed in two days. We were informed... where to park in writing, the deadline to move our cars, etc. We were notified ahead of time yet not too far in advance that we would forget. I like that. And we were forewarned what could happen if they had to move your car for you. No surprises.
Text reminders for different things are sent and are a great to help stay on top of events.

The whole process was easy, comfortable, and clear to understand. The place is comfortable, with easy access to parking. It’s my second time living here, and I’ve always liked the place. The pool is very nice, and this time I was given a comfortable apartment with easy access.
