The experience at The Ravinia has been very good this is my second time living here. However, the only thing I don’t like is that it’s not very kid-friendly. There isn’t a designated area for children, like a playground or anything similar. They should also place more emphasis on reminding residents that children live here and that they should drive more carefully.

Other than that, the apartments are in a great location and are very comfortable and accessible. The maintenance is good, and the... price is quite affordable.

It's a quite community maintenance is always quick to repair anything that is broken. Staff is super nice as well. Love having food trucks at the apartment from time to time

My husband and I have been living @ the Ravinia 10 years. Love the way the residents are like family, being there for one another. Love the staff in our office, and our maintenance crew. They all try to make our community safe, and clean, and love especially when they are there for all the residents. Wanted to say to Ms.Sunshine welcome to the family community at the Ravinia.
