It’s good but the gate sucks it doesn’t open all the time. But the maintenance is great. The office is not always open when it’s supposed to be.

It was rough at the beginning due to a previous employee 2 years ago. But looks like most of the problems have been resolved. So I'm good right now :-).

Been living here not very long, but the community is great! Everyone was so welcoming as soon as we moved in. We unfortunately did move in during the inspection months and its been frustrating trying to figure out when or what was going on. The front office has been helpful to the best of their ability, but still annoying. The apartments, manly the one we got, is very fragile. A lot of things have fallen apart or broke, and we already know we aren't getting the full deposit back. Things have... been built in a certain way that makes a lot of things inconvenient. Other than that things haven't been all that bad, the price of rent and the sqft were fairly priced compared to any apartment near by. Haven't had any water or AC issues and no issues with bugs.

I haven’t had anyone come check the unit for potential pesticides to be placed on the perimeter of the unit. When it comes to the cleanliness of the stairwells, it’s non existent. There is dirt, spider webs, etc. Due to this lack of attention there could be a potential of spiders, ants, and other insects that could try to get into the units. Thank you.
