Our experience at The View at TPC has been truly wonderful. The community is peaceful, beautifully located, and surrounded by green spaces that create a calm and welcoming environment. The maintenance team is exceptional — Lisa and David deserve special recognition for their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is handled promptly and efficiently. It’s reassuring to live in a community where the staff truly takes pride in... what they do.

Phenomenal community! I’m from Dallas and I didn’t know anyone from SA upon moving. I absolutely love the food truck, community events, and hospitality The View provides for its residents. I’ve been here 3 year now and absolutely have been LOVING my experience so far. Top notch crew! Beautiful grounds, positive culture, and superior management and maintenance teams.

Best apartment in town. The office staff is so kind and they really pay attention toon to your concerns. The build halls are always clean. The safest and best place e to live in northern San Antonio. Close to a mall . Close to gas stations. No serious traffic issues around here. I am from Houston. Been here since 2015. Our manager and assistant manager and her two assistants are great. I am a senior. The best place I have lived since being a widow for 8 years now. Retired school teacher.

I've had a great experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management and all staff are friendly and very professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are AMAZING!
