Community and amenities are great. The pool is awesome and very well kept. It's very large and has plenty of seating and lounge/reclining chairs to seat and relax, get some sun, or read a book. Great team from the front desk (Jazzmynn especially) and the managers (Jana), to the groundskeepers and maintenance. Great job all around.

Excellent perks, tasty food trucks, and a welcoming environment. The pool area was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
Maintenance seems pretty responsive as well. Neighbors are friendly. Pet friendly. Little pricey for one pool and for the area we are at, but not bad.
