Poor parking management

I am very frustrated about the parking situation at the Upton. I am a registered resident and received a new license plate. My car was towed overnight since I didn’t not register the new plate. I accepted responsibility for this but it is the same car registered with a different plate and I find towing paid residents personal property to be unacceptable. Management has nothing to do with the tow so when a mistake like this happens, the resident is left holding the bag. Horrible way to do... business Upton.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how upsetting this situation must have been and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
While parking enforcement is handled by a third-party vendor and vehicle registration is the resident’s... responsibility, we did work to provide a credit toward the towing fee as a goodwill gesture. Our goal is always to support our residents whenever possible, even in situations outside of our direct control.
We’re continuously working to improve our processes and communication to help prevent similar issues in the future. If you have any questions or need assistance updating your vehicle information, please feel free to reach out to the leasing office.
