I gave this a 4.5 rate ,due to management changes with the front office . Everyone is new here . I’m always receiving emails about non smoking , patio inspection. What management needs to do is focus on working with having the gate fixed . It’s unprofessional. Another thing the trash situation . Residents are lazy and leave the trash area dirty & disgusting. Non residents who don’t live here park in the spaces where residents live here .

Maintenance is also great, always keeping community clean.

Parking is not always available but has gotten better, trash pick up has gotten better as well ??

Everyone keeps to there selves. No body bothers me and my family. I feel safe. Weekly food pantry is such a blessing. Thanks for that.Maintanence is so on point with repairs

I like it, not too shabby at all. The place looks nice and feels comfortable overall. Everything seems clean and well put together, and it has a good vibe to it. The layout works well and makes the space feel open without feeling empty. I like how it’s simple but still looks good and welcoming. It feels like a place you can actually relax in and feel at home. Nothing really stands out in a bad way, and everything looks taken care of. It’s not over the top, but it doesn’t need to be — it looks... nice just the way it is.
