Nice community, friendly people, office staff great. Building smells like cigarettes and Marijuana, flies in the hallways. Residents need to keep this place clean.

Enjoyed meeting the other tenants and listening to their experiences living at Sansom Pointe Senior Apartments. Issues with the elevator breakdowns and the washer/dryers have been very frustrating, given the amount of money paid each month for these amenities, only to be unable to use them.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Elizabeth is awesome. She is always helpful and a great member of the staff.
Some seem to really care about the residents.

Have had great experience meeting people, games, dinners.
Would be nice to have a designated dog park. But I have an abundant amount of friends here wanting to babysit.
Our Manager Wanda is GREAT and staff is too.
