Nice place, decent amenities, pool, outdoor smoking area, pet area. However the convenience fee to pay rent online is way too high especially for seniors!

The staff is very helpful. Maintenance is knowledgeable slight delays on repairs but overall good.
Lots of activities and amenities.

So far my first year here has been pretty good. I'm fixing to renew into a two bedroom really nice employees here. I like that they have a food pantry here if anyone is in need. No one needs to be hungry
