There is only one person working in the office of our 216 apartment building. This is ridiculous! People keep getting moved to another location. Right now, we have Corey in the office, one new maintenance person who I don't know his name, and I think we still have a housekeeper, I'm not sure. There should be at least 10 full-time people working here. The elevators are constantly breaking down. The hallways are getting cleaned for the first time in about 3 week. I have been walking around a… huge spot of oil, I think, on the carpet that has been there for several weeks, a trail where the resident drives through that runs from the spot the covers most of the hallway's width and there are tracks that run down the hallway two apartment down. I don't know what this Apartment Corporation is doing with all the money they receive each month. Wish I could give you some good news, but that would only be about some of the people who live here.

Nice place to live, management team has a lot of turnover. Also the main elevator hasn't worked for months. Needs to be repaired as soon as possible very difficult for those of us using wheelchairs.

So far so good except had roaches 1st day of move in. Called leasing office, supposed to get exterminated on Wed. Loft living is a little confusing & idk where I get the Inventory list.

At the one month mark I have observed that some issues have been neglected or overlooked, such as that one of the two elevators has been inoperational for the entire time of my residence. The control access hasn't been functional either compromising safety and security. On a more positive note, the staff has been very professional and helpful, and seem eager to address issues.
