going on 4 years i’ve been here and i love these apartments! great place. we love how maintained the pool is. we spend most of our time at the pool & park. love our neighbors.

It's a relatively quiet place to live. Maintenence takes some time to get things done but things do get fixed. I do like how it's gated and gates work. I've seen some places were the gates never work.

In my opinion Pecan Grove is a very nice place to live. They help residents who are in need of food with a food pantry. The amenities they provide are very awesome. I like it here because its very close to my kids school. The most important part of Pecan Grove is the staff, they are very helpful.

Love the events main office has once a month!
It would be nice if more residents attended.
Friendly staff/maintenance team!
They’re always making changes and making sure the community is cleaned up,highly recommend checking this place out if you’re interested in moving into an affordable place.
