There is a strict NO SMOKING rule and devices are in place to detect it. Please do not tamper with the device or there will be a $150 fine. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. If a key/key fob is not returned and/or damaged, a $50 fee will apply for a new gate key fob or unit entry key fob. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash.
