Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in, at the host's discretion. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout requested the day before, or $35 for a same-day request. Guests are required to fill out a guest sign-in form, including uploading a government-issued ID, as a screening process. Ordering mail/packages to this location is not allowed. Do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord; all communication must be through the platform. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints. Guests may encounter bugs due to the climate, and no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. If a previous guest has damaged something minor, it will be reported to staff but completion depends on the maintenance team's schedule. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations unless they are service animals. A $35 fee will apply if keys are not returned or are damaged. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced, with a $250 fine for parties, trashing the space, damage, disrespecting the property, or having un-reported extra guests. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; a $25 charge applies per bag over that limit. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. Tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day.
