This townhome is centrally located, putting you in the heart of shopping, dining, business, and fun. You will be located near Lake Texoma, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, Sherman Town Center, and Eisenhower State Park.
As this is an apartment complex, sometimes the smell of neighbors' cooking or smoking outdoors can get into the unit through the walls and vents. The AC in this older complex takes time to cool; never put it below 68 degrees, leave it on COOL and AUTO, and leave all doors open for circulation. Bugs can get into the space due to the Texas climate; regular exterminations are performed, but bugs may still be seen. Guests are required to sign in after booking and upload a government-issued ID for verification. The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy; throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking will result in a $200 fine. There is a strict NO SMOKING rule, and devices are in place to detect it; tampering with the device will result in a $150 fine. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash left inside the unit; each bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and must be requested. Late checkouts must be approved; staying past the 11 am checkout time without approval will result in being charged for the next night's stay. Mail/packages cannot be delivered to this location. Guests are not permitted to enter the leasing office or speak to property management staff. Any lease violations will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation and a $500 fine. The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning and may sometimes be closed; no refunds will be issued if the pool is closed during your stay. No pets are allowed; it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal.
