Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. If you have trouble accessing the unit or contacting us outside of these hours, we will assist you once we are online. There are no refunds if you check in past 11pm CST and cannot access the unit or contact us. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2pm check-in, at the host's discretion. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout or $35 for a same-day request. Parking is limited to 3 cars maximum, and guests must only park in the driveway and on the street directly in front of the house, without blocking any driveways. Guests are not allowed to order mail or packages to this location. Communication with neighbors or the landlord is prohibited; all communication must be through the platform. A $500 fine will be issued for lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints. You may see bugs in the home, as Oklahoma has a hot and humid climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule, and non-emergency items like blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs will be addressed after emergency requests. Pets are not allowed, and a $200 fine will be issued for this violation, unless they are a service animal. If keys are not returned or are damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced; throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having unapproved extra guests will result in a $250 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; any additional bags will incur a $25 charge per bag. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day.
