There is a strict no-parties and no-smoking rule, and devices are in place to detect these activities. Tampering with the device will result in a $150 fine. Guests are required to fill out a guest sign-in form, which includes uploading a government-issued ID, to receive check-in instructions. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and may incur a fee of $20 for a 2 PM check-in, at the host's discretion. Late checkouts must be approved and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1 PM checkout requested the day before, or $35 for a same-day request. Parking is permitted only in the driveway of the house and on the street directly in front of the house, with a maximum of 3 cars. Mail/packages are not allowed to be ordered to this location. Do not communicate with neighbors or the landlord; all communication must be through the platform. Lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints will result in a $500 fine. Bugs may be present in the home due to the climate; no refunds are given if bugs are seen. Check-in times are between 4 PM and 11 PM CST. If you check in past 11 PM CST and cannot access the unit or contact support, no refunds will be given if you cancel. Maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Pets are not allowed, and a violation will result in a $200 fine, unless they are a service animal. If a key is not returned or is damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. Throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having unreported extra guests will result in a $250 fine. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged if the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; each additional bag is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning; please take the trashcan out Monday evening. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided; guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond the initial supply. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day. Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided between guest visits.
