The community fitness center is available year-round, and the pool is the perfect spot for a refreshing swim. Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. If you have trouble accessing or finding the unit, please call to be assisted. If you choose to check in past 11pm CST and cannot access the unit or contact us, no refunds will be given in the event you cancel. Maintenance requests are dependent on the maintenance team's schedule. Minor damages like blinds, curtains, and lightbulbs are considered non-emergency and will be addressed after emergency requests. A strict no-parties/noise violation policy is enforced, and any violation will result in a $250 fine. Tampering with smoke/noise detectors will result in a $150 fine. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash; each additional bag of trash is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning, and guests are responsible for moving the trash can. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day. The public pool may be closed for regular cleanings and guests should verify availability if it is an amenity they wish to use. No refunds will be provided if the pool is closed for seasonality, weather, or cleanings if availability was not verified beforehand.
