An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for unreasonable messes post-checkout. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; additional bags will incur a $25 charge per bag. Trash day is Tuesday morning; guests are responsible for moving the trash can. The public pool may be closed for maintenance; guests should verify availability if it's a key amenity, as no refunds will be provided for pool closures.
