Smoking is not allowed on the premises with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. There are exterior cameras for security purposes only, and tampering with them may incur fees. Please take out the trash and place it in the designated bins, and avoid using plastic bags in the recycling bins. If any furniture is moved, please return it to its original place. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. All pool and water attractions, food and beverage areas, and The Lodge are currently closed. Drought conditions may affect Lake Travis water levels, which may be lower than shown in listing photos. Refunds or cancellations cannot be offered based on water levels. Common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis are not managed by the partner. Bring your own supplies and use them at your own risk. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. Texas is known for its bug inhabitants, but proactive measures are taken to manage this. If issues arise, use the bug spray provided under the sink.
The Lazy River and Pool are undergoing maintenance and are projected to be finished in late 2026.
