The Reserve at Lake Travis is a private luxury community located just west of Austin along the south shore of Lake Travis. With direct access to Lake Travis, you're free to boat, swim, wakeboard, water ski, or cruise. Explore championship golf courses, browse shops and restaurants at the Hill Country Galleria, or grab a bite at one of the area’s local diners. Downtown Austin is just a scenic 45-minute drive away. Smoking is not allowed in the premises and will incur a minimum fee of $250, with the total charge potentially higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties and unauthorized events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. There are exterior cameras for security purposes only; tampering with them may incur fees. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
