This well-equipped space features a roomy kitchen and dining area with a gas-burning fireplace, microwave, 2 ovens, full refrigerator, stovetop, and dishwasher, ideal for cooking and hosting dinners while enjoying the valley view. The three bedrooms all offer ultimate privacy with en-suite bathrooms. On the 3rd floor, a seamless transition awaits with indoor and outdoor seating areas, complemented by stunning valley views.
Units 6 and 7 each have 1 covered parking spot and all other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pet(s) enter them as well. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day, please provide 24 hours notice. The hot tub will take about an hour to heat up and will run for three hours and then turn off automatically for 15 minutes for safety purposes.

A period of quiet hours spans from 10 pm to 7 am and the pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours. Before starting any fires, please verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County; igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated.
