Experience a well-equipped space featuring a roomy kitchen and dining area with a gas-burning fireplace, microwave, two ovens, full refrigerator, stove top, and dishwasher. Ideal for cooking and hosting dinners while enjoying the valley view, the three bedrooms offer ultimate privacy with ensuite bathrooms. For added comfort and sleeping flexibility, a queen-size sleeper sofa is available in the living room, complete with all necessary sleeping amenities. On the 3rd floor, enjoy seamless indoor and outdoor seating areas with stunning valley views.
Units 6 and 7 each have one covered parking spot, and all other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day, and pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pets enter them as well.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and fees may apply for violations. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable during quiet hours. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Please maintain cleanliness and courtesy towards fellow facility users as there are shared spaces onsite. Cameras are throughout the complex for your safety, and fines apply if tampered with. A $50 replacement fee per key applies if not returned to the lockbox. This rural property may have limited services compared to urban settings, including cell phone and delivery services.
