Allora Klein Crossing

I’ve lived here since the community first opened and have renewed for my third lease because the apartments themselves are beautiful and I truly enjoy my home. Unfortunately, the resident experience has declined over time. Common areas are often left dirty, amenities are damaged or closed for long periods, and service requests don’t seem to be handled as quickly as they should. Security has also become a concern, with multiple incidents of residents’ tires being stolen. For the price we pay, I... expected better upkeep and responsiveness. Excellent staff. Need to power wash the stairs and outdoor sidewalks. Great amenities other wise. Unit has great lay out. Very responsive building management.

Moving into this luxury apartment community has been a wonderful experience. From day one, the management team has been welcoming, responsive, and genuinely committed to making residents feel at home. The property is always immaculate, and it’s clear that great pride is taken in maintaining the community.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Allora Klein Crossing so far. I was the first person to live in my unit, so it was nice and clean when I moved it. I’ve been here long enough to see the property fill with tenants. As with anywhere, not everyone is great at picking up after themselves, but the maintenance crew is really good at keeping the property looking really nice.

I feel safe here, but am concerned about rising incidents of property/vehicle crime. I wish there were cameras facing the... parking lots, but I also understand why some people would not like that.

The apartments are nice with LVP flooring and granite countertops. The appliances included are nice and work well. Unfortunately, the builders absolutely cheaped out with the closets. The wire shelves look very cheap, aren’t sturdy, and aren’t appropriate for the rent I pay.
