So far so good. Granted I just got my keys on the 23rd. However the community is so so clean and the officer mangers have been extremely helpful and transparent. I look forward to my time at my new homes

I love the community and the neighborhood. Managers are also amazing. I can’t say enough about this place. Definitely love living here. Stephanie and Jared are so sweet and always listen to concerns.

I used to love living here, which makes writing this review disappointing. The office staff is always friendly and polite, but when concerns are brought forward, the response often feels nonchalant.
Parking has become one of my biggest frustrations. Residents already struggle to find convenient parking, yet prices have increased. Assigned spaces should be based on the building or unit residents live in, not scattered throughout the community.
Another ongoing issue is the trash areas. The... dumpsters and bins are frequently overflowing, which negatively affects the appearance of the property.
As a parent, I also wish there were more amenities for children. Other than the pool, there is nothing else for kids to do. The community has a designated space for dogs, and it would be nice to see a playground or dedicated area for children as well.
Overall, I no longer feel this community is the best fit for my family, and if I had the option, I would likely choose to move elsewhere.

This is a great place to live. It’s quiet and clean. It’s in a great area that’s close to things but you feel a little secluded at the same time, which is nice. I feel safe at any and every time of the day or night. The amenities are great. The staff is helpful and very kind. It’s a really good place to stay.

Beautiful and peaceful community. Maintenance is very punctual. The complex is always kept clean. Apartments are modern and very spacious. No regrets or complaints
