I love living here it’s quiet and the price is great considering the market currently. Maintenance is always quick and reliable whenever I have an issue also and parking isn’t too crazy

Very polite and friendly staff! I like my neighbors. I just wish my appointment would have been cleaner when I moved in this is literallymy only issue. Sorry, one more thing, fix the vending machine and can it include more healthy snacks. .

The team here is always friendly and quick to help with anything that comes up. My apartment is very spacious with a layout that I absolutely love. The location is also very convenient as it is close to grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. Quick access to 99 and 45. This is a great place to call home.

After 2 months it's a nice place to live. It's nice to have different food trucks come to the complex. The pool is nice. So far no unruly children.

Excellent maintenance, quick response. Pool is kept up. Resident activities are frequent but not so much as to be annoying. Grounds are kept neat.
