Terrible Experience

This place is still a disaster after moving out 2 weeks early in April. They are steady attempting to charge me for general conditions whatever that mean, cleaning fee and carpet replacement when everything in the unit was cleaned and looked better than they rented the unit originally. I have reached out multiple times to dispute and resolve issue within a timely manner and continued to be ignored after requesting invoices.

The appliances were old and outdated hence the microwave has a date of… 2011 and it went out in February and was never replaced because they claimed they were going to repair a 15 year old microwave. Furthermore, the stove was a mess when they rented the unit as well as the washer and dryer which required maintenance to be in the unit just as much as myself that they should have been paying rent as well.

Roach Infested

The property grounds are beautiful. The units are outdated. My unit came with a roach infestation and birds nest.

Maintenance and pest control have both canceled requests without communicating with me but marked those request as completed. I don’t receive an update on the status of my requests until I inquire. This property can do a lot better in regards to communicating.

I love it living here. Is quiet and clean! The maintenance guys work hard on keeping grounds looking decent since we have some grown ups that doesn't know we're the trash bins are located in their apt. The management is always friendly and there when you need them. The apts are nice I love my floor plan, but we could use some updates.
