I have lived in this community for 19 years and I have not tried to move anywhere else because I like the way the administration responds to the tenants' requests .Maintenance is fast and of high quality, the community is well managed and the area is quiet. I recommend the Fountain Lake community to my friends and acquaintances..

I have had mishap after mishap since the start of my lease. However things have gotten relatively better. It is an old building so I guess some of these experiences could be expected I guess I just wasn't ready

My experience living in this apartment has been great overall. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe. The management team is responsive and friendly—any maintenance issues I reported were usually resolved within 24-48 hours. I also really appreciate the amenities like the gym and pool, which are always clean and in good condition.

These apartments used to be much cleaner and nicer, but now completely downgraded. It’s 2025 and they don’t have the decency to install cameras. The gates are left open making it a Disneyland for the thieves to come and take whatever they please. This is not safe apartments anymore. Management is a joke and the police can’t help you because there’s no cameras :)
