Absolutely Amazing!!!
I have lived in Shadowbrooke for nearly a decade and absolutely love it here. The staff are excellent, quick to respond, and very kind and professional. Whenever I see them around the property, they always greet me and check in to make sure everything is going well. Maintenance is also very responsive and polite, and they work very hard to keep the property looking clean and functioning well. It's absolutely the best place someone could ask to live!

Customer Service and follow through here is unmatched??
I applied for an apt and was helped by Amber in the office, Amber was thorough, friendly, kind and very willing to go the extra mile to help me with my screening process. Not only was Amber excellent with follow up and her customer service, the rest of the ladies in the office were just as kind and willing to go above and beyond. Allison was very kind ,as well as the other lady I can’t remember her name (sorry) but this whole experience has been wonderful and I am so glad to be able to call... Shadowbrooke home.-Melva

Too pricy
Noisy neighbors, children's play area moved to Silverbrooke, very expensive, very tight policy on rent renewal and breaking the lease.

We love this place
We love Shadowbrooke! We have lived here for 4 years plus. Everyone in the office, maintenance and everything are so remarkable!!!!! I would like to give special thanks to our Community Manager, Ms. Lindsey. Her warm and welcoming smile have always made our day better! And for continuing to improve our living even though it is already the best! Thank you so much for making our living safe and comfortable!!! ^_^~ A special thanks to Ms. Verouska, our Better Living Manager, who is always so warm &... kind and always knows what you need and makes sure everything is taking care of. A special thanks to our Better Living Consultant team, Mr.Tony, Mr. Eric, Ms. Maria, they had the magic ^_^~ always so friendly, welcoming and helpful! P.S.
