WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! LOOK ELSE WHERE!
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this apartment community and would strongly caution others.
Me and my roommate submitted an application and paid a $225 administrative fee after being told we would receive a decision before end of week. Despite multiple calls and emails, we did not receive an approval before our scheduled move-in date (going on 2 weeks no response) and were forced to secure housing elsewhere to avoid being left without a place to live.
The most concerning part is... that we were only informed that we were “approved” after we notified them that we had already secured another apartment. By that point, it was too late. The lack of timely communication and follow-through throughout this process was unacceptable.
Since then, it has been extremely difficult to get a clear response regarding a refund. Calls go unanswered, promised follow-ups do not happen, and overall communication has been very poor. Araceli and Meggan were absolutely NO help!
This entire experience felt misleading and, frankly, like a waste of money. I would strongly encourage anyone considering applying here to look at other options first and treat this as a last resort.
