Costa Azul Apartments

Used to be heritage st 9th. But changed to Costa azul apartments. They are RUDE! Ever since they took over our a/c doesn't work and they are way too busy to come look at it takes them days. And when they do look they don't do anything! My a/c still runs constantly and they won't fix it! My electric bill is 100 dollars! They are also making us pay rent twice because they didn't receive the first one but I even proved to them I paid 2 different times. They harass you, come to your door and call... you millions of times. Plus they shut off the water every other day from 9 am to 6 pm. So no water hardly ever. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Read More

I really am unsatisfied with the location of these Apartments; however, with the cost of any other Apartments, I have to say, "I am unable with any other location of residence." These Apartments has an un-level foundation, except there is a Washer and Dryer connection. There are some scary things present in this location, however I just keep to myself. Finally, the highest dis-like of this location is "Texas City" pollution.

Great location. Next to a lot of restaurants and stores, close to elementary and high school. The manager is very friendly and willing to work with you if you let her know.

If you are looking for a budget apartment, this apartment is totally for you! It also comes with a pool, great special offers, and don't forget excellent staff! This apartment is quiet most of the time. Its near a supermarket, lots of restaurants, liquor stores, and gas stations, and the best thing yet, everything is walking distance! Its like being in the center of everything!!
