The assistant manager does not do her job and will make excuses about being busy when you will walk in and she is playing on her phone. Also when you walk in she will give you an ugly look and ignore you for at least 5 min until she rudely addresses you. Service requests do not get done until almost a month later because she will not print out the sheets to give to maintenance. We have had many leaks, appliances broken, and roaches everywhere and it takes almost a month each time. Attention, cleaning, security, maintenance and price

Stay Away from this place!! There was just a Shooting here on June 18th. Thats not the only thing that has happened here. Ive lived here for a few years and it hasn't been the same since its been bought by Mosaic Residential. Good luck getting anything properly fixed. Also they charge for door trash pick up, good luck getting that picked up if you live on the second floor. Also the water bill here changes every month. Connected to a lower priced apartment complex. Noisy and no assigned parking which makes it difficult. Rude office personnel that walks in your apartment without notice . Horrible place .

I have been at The Verandas for 2 years now and I LOVE it there. My apartment is a large one bedroom with everything a person needs. Management has been great and quite personable. This summer they even brought out Popsicles and other refreshments to everyone at the pool on the weekends! Nice landscaping too. Very respectable neighbors too.
