I had left the unit before the team arrived. They were very timely. Sending me messages and had fixed the issue, despite me not responding to the messages. I was on the road. I highly appreciate the maintenance team here at Windsor! The guys are always doing their best! Thank you!

The maintenance team at Windsor Lakeyard has been absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly efficient and effective whenever something arises and always explains and helps residents understand what was rectified. Special mentions go out to Tony and Keon, for being incredibly helpful!

Just wondering why a simple maintenance request took 5 days to get too. I could have done it by myself and I almost went to go buy the supplies to get it done. Also you could answer the phone at the front office. I called so many times. Just straight to voicemail. Poor communication.
