I’ve lived at the Retreat in The Woodlands for 6.5 years and have loved every minute of it! It’s super pet friendly, the office staff and maintenance team are top notch in every aspect, the grounds are kept beautifully and the neighbors are great! The location is ideal (once construction on 242 finally finishes it’ll be perfect again), and the schools are very high quality in terms of education & social environment. I highly recommend living here!

The Retreat at The Woodlands is a great place to live. The residence is well kept and maintained. Also the maintenance team is amazing. I feel safe and have decided to stay another year. I highly recommend this community.

Manager was very patient and helpful. She answered all of our questions. The complex is beautifully landscaped and is surprisingly quiet. The residents are friendly.

I have had a great experience at the Retreat. Anytime we had a maintenance issue it was resolved quickly. The gym equipment was also updated over the three years I’ve lived her.
