I came in to the office at Millennium Waterway last Saturday and was greeted by Heather, I began to explain to her that Fed Ex had delivered a package but we couldn’t locate it and it had been several days. We told her it was something we had ordered for a vacation and we were leaving Monday. She told me to giver her some time but she would do her best to look for it. With in and hour she called me to tell me she had found it. She had gone through ever parcel locker looking for it !!! We were... so happy!! Heather went above and beyond for us!! Thanks you!!

Great Service

Great place, great staff!

So excited to move in! Heather was great! She answered all of our questions and was very attentive. We had planned on looking at a few more places, but after looking at the apartment and talking with Heather, we applied immediately.

Heather is AMAZING!!

We’ve been looking around for the right place and have finally found it. I can tell you that Heather is absolutely amazing!! She listened to what it was we were looking for and found the PERFECT place for us. She connects with people and makes them feel at home while looking for that right home. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Surroundings are very nice. LOVE the amenities.

Millenium Waterway Apartments-1 Waterway Avenue- A delight

Its truly a great place to live.The location of the apartment is a huge advantage. You are in the vicinity of some very good restaurants,Hotels,Woodlands Mall,HEB, OfFices and Movie theatres.
Really everything is just a walking distance. The apartment has all the amenities that you can think of plus the free Starbucks Coffee and cookies are also worth attracting people.
Its just to Waterway square where all the major events take place on weekends and in important times of the year like Labor... day,Christmas,Thanksgiving and many more so one can easily enjoy these. I feel fortunate to be living in such a cool place.
