Do not leave food or fish waste that will attract birds, as this may result in a $125 powerwashing charge. The hot tub cover must be kept on when not in use to maintain cleanliness and water balance. Do not clean, cut, or dispose of fish or fish products in the property's sinks or drainage. The fireplace in the living room is not allowed to be used. No smoking is permitted inside the house. Please be respectful of neighbors. For safety, no diving in the hot tub or lake, and children must be supervised by an adult in outdoor areas and around the hot tub. Pool towels are available for use and should be left in the bathrooms upon departure. The reservation holder must be one of the occupants staying in the rental. Booked guest count must be accurate, and arriving with an excess of guests may result in correction, withheld access, or reservation cancellation.
