These are the first apartments I have lived and so far they have been GREAT! the management and maintenance here are excellent and on top of your requests immediately. They have everything you need. There is a gym, pool, lounge/party room for rent, dog park, playground and more. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. My experience here has been wonderful. I highly recommend living the Palomar!

Living here has been great. The community has monthly events for its residents, the maintenance staff is always on call and at latest will be there the following day after making requests. The apartments are nice and spacious. It is a nice and quiet place to live. I am currently living here and have been for the past 2 years. Awesome apartment complex!!

I’m a 19yr old mother of 2 & I was living with my mom trying to find a new apartment for months since my last one & April was such a nice worker towards me & my daughter . She helped me out a lot & never had an attitude or a bad mood . She was happy for me that I got the apartment and so was I & she also emailed back quickly . Me & my kids love the apartment it’s very comfortable the area is beautiful & clean & everyone around is nice ! I’m glad I decided to move here it was worth it

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The air conditioner never worked in one of the bedrooms. The apartment wasn’t even clean when the gave it us. When I explained to the manager that the apartment is filthy she was laughing as this was a joke. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.

I am moving out Of this apartment the people in the office rude there is one lady that I told her if I could have an extra day because I just had my brother passed away she said she would charge me additional $120 for that and then she wanted an address where I live for any additional charges please be careful if you decide to move in
