Management careless about residents A resident brought a valid complain about noise but management did nothing about and I am still suffering because of it I can't wait to leave this place after 14 years here.

Water heater leak I noticed water running from the storage closet on the patio late one day. I requested a service order and received acknowledgment the same day. The next morning at 8:00 AM maintenance showed up. The water heater was replaced and I had hot water shortly after noon. Quick service, knowledgeable & considerate maintenance crew.

Always respectful & quick! JM is usually the man who comes to do my maintenance requests. He is always so respectful of my space making sure not to step on my rug or even turn on lights if not necessary. If I’m ever home during a maintenance request, he is very quiet and respectful. The jobs always get done without a mess for me to clean up afterwards and it’s always done right the first time! These guys deserve major props! Very very grateful for them. I know they have hundreds of other units… to attend to, but care is taken EVERY time they come to mine. Not a single complaint. Keep it up! Oh yeah, pay them more! The truly deserve it!
