Help
I live in Wharton tx and my husband just got out of the marines two years ago and he is working for the city of Wharton. The apartments we stay in are OK but they don't like to spray for bugs and we have to pay for the bug spray things go wrong in the house and they don't fix . why I stay? We can't afford to move. The people who work in the office are very nice but are never on point sometimes and u can tell they are overall shaft staffed

Mill Creek Apartments
I have lived here for almost 3 years in October. They have failed tremendously at fixing anything that needs maintenance inside of our apartment, regardless how many times we tell them. It is hard finding rentals in the town we live in so until one comes up, we are stuck here. I'd greatly advise not to move into these apartments unless you're desperate.
