College Park is a decent deal for your dollar

College park apartments are a good deal for the rental price in Provo, Utah. The ceilings are higher than a basement apartment making them feel more spacious, and the kitchen/living room being a partial open concept really allows for a good flow. It's close proximity to BYU Campus (10 minute walking distance) also makes it ideal for students of the University. The cons: management tends to take a while to get things fixed - some things take weeks or months. The bathroom can only be entered... through the bedroom - this makes it a bit uncomfortable for when guests visit. Overall for us, the pros outweighed the cons and we enjoyed our time here - just under 2 years.
