We've lived at Del Ray Central for several years, and when we first moved in, it was a wonderful place to call home.
Unfortunately, since the change in ownership the quality of living here has declined.
The elevator is frequently out of service, slow to be repaired, and unreliable for daily use. For residents on higher floors or those with mobility needs, this is more than just an inconvenience.
Maintenance of the public and common areas used to be clean and well-kept, but now they often are... neglected. Simple upkeep like fresh paint in the halls, clean carpet, clean garage, have fallen off the priority list.
It’s disappointing to see how much the building’s charm has been affected by lack of care. Del Ray Central used to be a well-managed community, now it's a property being squeezed for profit at the expense of residents’ comfort and quality of life.

We are really looking forward to moving in! Everyone has been so nice so far, and we love the amenities. The location is fantastic, we really like Del Ray.

Love the activities that are organized by management for the residents.

Please bring back Food Trucks on Fridays or Saturdays. It was done in the past, love that one again! Thanks

Love the neighborhood!!! Apartment renovations feel cheap and quickly done. Amenities are broken more often than not. Staff is okay - they seem overwhelmed!
