If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. Lost or damaged pool wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. The HVAC system operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating available from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. A set of towels is provided for each guest, but no additional towels beyond the initial set are available. The Damage Waiver Fee covers accidental damage up to $300 per stay, but does not cover intentional damage, damage from policy violations, or unreported damage.
