The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and full names and valid IDs must be provided for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations.
