It’s wildly clear Courtland management views its renters as nothing but sources of income. The awful, constant sounds of construction and maintenance that have been going on since early 2025 ought to violate the agreement every renter signs. I’m far from the only tenant who works from home, the noise is loud, disruptive, and consistent enough to cause economic harm.

The location is unbeatable, with everything conveniently nearby. The management team is responsive and helpful, always quick to address any concerns. The building itself is clean, well-maintained, and well managed. Highly recommend!

Amenities are decent. But location is so incredible, it becomes an excellent place to live.
