There are people who work in the the leasing office that really try to do their best to solve problems and assist residents. William does a wonderful job whenever he is on site. However, the follow up for solving problems seem to get lost in the mix.

I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to live here unless they fixed the things that need to be fixed. The only thing that they seem to be worried about is remodeling the apartments at the old people moved out of instead of fixing the things and that they things that the people who live here now need, like we’re paying for Internet that doesn’t even work. It needs to be better.

Cortland on Pike would be a very nice apartment if maintenance were on top of things like they once were before Courtland bought the property. Also, if the laundry room fully worked for the people who don’t have a washer and dryer in their apartment, and for emails to be returned, and not to be treated like you’re not important when you’re asking simple questions. Oh, and the parking fee for a sticker, and there’s no parking, is ridiculous. I mean, it’s not bad to pay a fee, but $40 and it’s no… spots after a certain time and night is also ridiculous. I don’t think residents with mine paying for Internet, if it actually works, but it doesn’t, so we are forced to pay for something that doesn’t work, so that could be better as well.
