The front office service is TERRIBLE! Unresponsive and if they do respond they are rude. The building is also outdated and in constant need of repairs

The team running the Paramount, in particular Monique, truly excel at customer service. She goes the extra mile to learn all the tenants’ names and always greets them with a smile. I have witnessed her remedy any issue or even slight inconvenience that arose while living in the building, and her amazing customer service will be something that I miss upon moving.
