Stay Away
Cons:
- A ton of junk fees, add ons and utilities will make your rent a few hundred more than the listed price. You aren't getting a deal. Get ready to pay the amenity fee. For what amenities you ask? No clue
- “Restoration/Improvement” projects which actually just means things will be out of service and in repair for extended amounts of time
- Floors and ceilings are made out of paper, be ready to hear every step your neighbors make. Management doesn’t take action on noise complaints
- Extreme... level of noise due to year long construction project that has just started. Crew will work outside of the posted construction hours of 7am-330pm which are already ridiculous enough
- Management will come up with a new way every month to enter your unit when you aren't there. They give you a heads up, and a 9am to 5pm window, and it can't be rescheduled. Something new every month
Ownerships decision to take away parking and disturb tenants by taking on a new construction project, when the existing buildings are already in disrepair, says everything that’s needs to be said about this complex. Stay away!

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We take feedback like this seriously and want to address your concerns directly. We understand that ongoing construction is disruptive, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We are... actively monitoring the construction schedule and working with our contractor to ensure work schedules are communicated in a timely way. Any changes to posted work hours would be communicated to residents in advance.
Regarding noise between units, we hear you, and we encourage our residents to continue reporting specific noise concerns to our office so we can address them on a case-by-case basis. Our team is committed to following up on complaints as promptly as possible. We also want to reassure you that any required entry notices are provided in advance for your convenience and well-being. We understand the inconvenience of a broad time window and will continue looking for ways to improve that process.
All improvements being made to the community such as our elevator modernization and elevator buttons are intended to enhance the living experience long-term, and we recognize that the path to get there can be frustrating.
We thank you for your residency with us and genuinely want your experience here to improve and welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly.
Please reach out to the leasing office at your convenience.
Warm regards,
Michelle Lopez
