The staff has been consistently courteous, responsive, and easy to reach, which has made communication smooth and pleasant. However, there were several issues during our move-in experience. Although the apartment was marked as move-in ready two weeks prior to our arrival, we did not have heat for the first three days, and there were also problems with the dryers. In addition, a few other minor maintenance issues throughout the apartment were apparent upon move-in, which suggested the unit was... not fully ready for occupancy.
The maintenance team explained that they are currently understaffed and that the recent snowstorm created additional challenges, which we understand. That said, resolving these concerns prior to move-in would have made the transition much smoother and improved the overall experience.
