Saddle Ridge Apartments

Don’t rent here. It’s not worth the money for the treatment you get from the leasing office or maintenance. This place is so run down. They don’t replace anything, never answer the phone, requests are not considered a priority ever. But boy do they up your rent every year and charge you for everything they can think of.

The staff has been consistently courteous, responsive, and easy to reach, which has made communication smooth and pleasant. However, there were several issues during our move-in experience. Although the apartment was marked as move-in ready two weeks prior to our arrival, we did not have heat for the first three days, and there were also problems with the dryers. In addition, a few other minor maintenance issues throughout the apartment were apparent upon move-in, which suggested the unit was... not fully ready for occupancy.

The maintenance team explained that they are currently understaffed and that the recent snowstorm created additional challenges, which we understand. That said, resolving these concerns prior to move-in would have made the transition much smoother and improved the overall experience. Read More

The staffs were all approachable, accomodating,kind, and helpful.Especially,if you don't know your way around,it was a big relieved for us on that day.We're happy that we found the Saddle Ridge without somebody telling us. It's just our instinct that this apartment is good for us to live. No maximum limit which gave us the opportunity to apply immediately and allowed us to be with their team.

Don't waste your hard earned money to live here. This complex isn't worth how expensive it is. They did not have a problem increasing rent over 10% yet can't seem to fix anything. This is the only place in Ashburn where the parking lot is filled with horrible potholes that are probably ruining our vehicles. The AC unit broke down completely, thankfully when the summer was coming to an end or else we would be suffering in the heat and humidity. They have yet to have it replaced, claiming it is... too expensive to replace the whole system, which is not my problem. I'm sure they won't have it fixed before the heat arrives. Dryer no longer works, have waited 2 weeks and still no maintenance or communication. The public areas of the complexes almost never get cleaned, just a quick attempt at wiping away webs, if even that. It's been nearly 3 years since we’ve moved to Ashburn and we love it here. Quiet neighborhood, great staff, and so much to do close by!We are hoping to stay longer!
