Toilet unstable Thank you to the Acclaim maintenance team. The response was quick and the issue resolved by the end of the day. However, that was nothing new. We have an awesome team in all aspects when it comes to making sure that the tenants well being gets taken care of.

Door lock battery The service request was handled very quickly and prompt. Dexter and Tyrone are both always friendly and helpful anytime they are called upon to address any kind of issue whether it be during their work shift or not. The entire staff are always very kind and friendly to all the residents anytime there is a problem that needs to be addressed. I love living here and can't say enough about the staff and friendly and helpful they all are.

Excellent work Dexter knew immediately the leak was coming from the water line. He did the repair. I put the request in over the weekend. Monday morning Dexter was knocking on my door to handle my request. They are excellent here in handling our issues quickly. Dexter is so nice. He cleaned up the area after he was finished. I am totally pleased with everyone on the Acclaim at Greenbriar staff. We are very fortunate to have them.

Excellent Service. Fixed a small leak coming from my water line. Dexter knew immediately it was leaking from the water line. Fixed it right away. Water was shutoff for a while in the afternoon. After the repair was dry Dexter came right back & turned my water back on.
