Guys, This is genuine review. I had a very worst experience with this apartment. You have to very careful on all the flooring and carpets. If you have any small scratches or small tear on the floor. They will ask you to pay more than $1200+ as damaged charges. Be careful when you moving out. Make sure everything all right. No single damage on the floor like scarce or tear. it’s happened to me. Very horrible experience when you pay out of pocket that much huge money. Almost a month rent.

I lived here for 2 years and the office staff and this company are always nickel and diming. The "Connect Fee" for basic cable is a joke and their "high-speed internet" is 200 MBPS at best. They continuously add these with no way to opt out, also barring you from getting your own service not through the complex.
Buildings are old and any linoleum issues are messily caulked over, same with the bathroom. Carpet is shoddily tacked down and rugs had to be placed to prevent injury. Management team here is very misleading with information. The team will do about anything to get you to sign a lease. After touring a few units, the buildings and grounds are very outdated for the suggested prices they are asking. I decided to take another route and now they refuse to refund the reservation/ holding fee (failing to mention a refundable "48 hr window") Be careful dealing with this property group.

Love the property love the staff just wish I had an upgraded apartment and that my rent wouldn't increase so much every time I sign a new lease
