I’m been living here since 2006,this is my kids home since there born
I would like too see more safety,I want my kids to walk in the neighborhood without any worry.

I moved to Brentwood apartments in October and been there ever since.The units are pretty good and the location is close to the mall and most stores in the city. The Hospital is across the street and makes it very convenient to walk in when needed.Now with inflation prices don’t really reflect what you get but there nothing we can do about it.There is enough parking for both residents and visitors.There is a swimming pool.wash and dry rooms available at $2.50 .Store by and check it out if you... need a unit. The building I lived in for 3 years was very quiet. Grounds person came through weekly to sweep the landings, stairs and maintained the areas around the buildings.My apartment was in great shape with brand new parquet flooring. Very clean.
The office personnel Cesear is a very personable, knowledgeable and professional compliance manager. Jessica the property manager is also great to work with. Any problems just pickup the phone and speak with them or leave a msg.

Brentwood community is quiet & clean. The staff is very professional & knowledgeable. Ceasar & Brittany were the best at making me feel very welcomed. My apartment was clean when I moved in, no pests or problems. Great experience so far.
