The building I lived in for 3 years was very quiet. Grounds person came through weekly to sweep the landings, stairs and maintained the areas around the buildings.My apartment was in great shape with brand new parquet flooring. Very clean.
The office personnel Cesear is a very personable, knowledgeable and professional compliance manager. Jessica the property manager is also great to work with. Any problems just pickup the phone and speak with them or leave a msg.

Brentwood community is quiet & clean. The staff is very professional & knowledgeable. Ceasar & Brittany were the best at making me feel very welcomed. My apartment was clean when I moved in, no pests or problems. Great experience so far.

Dirty , marijuana smokers evry where , trush on the streets, people with no jobs only drinking and smoking especially at night and weekends. Schools around the area are terribl , a lot of police day and night . Sex offender. Not recommended waist of time living here . Come visit at night and weekends you will see by urself.

Very dirty place.Curent resident. Not recommending at all this place . very very dirty old apartments streets are very filthy.a lot of people standing outside smoking and drinking beers outside.pay an extra $200 and get better place for urself and ur kids. Facility landry in the buildings are scary, machines are old not working properly. I waisted my time and money and my mind not recommended again. People don.t go to sleep .u hear f words and curse all day.police visiting the complex daily.i... am passionately waiting for my lease to end .big mistake i made moving here Lee mas

Apartment: The individual apartments are nice inside. Very spacious and easy to decorate/furnish. Carpet is throughout, except in kitchen and bathrooms. No washer/dryer in 1 and 2 bedrooms, but facilities are on-site and within a really short walk from any given building. Yes, you can hear your neighbors sometimes, but it's nothing too unbearable. Let's face it, this is an apartment community, not a senior living center.

Community: Well maintained, even throughout the colder months. Fresh mulch... and flowers planted every year give a nice, welcoming feel. The community is peaceful and great for anyone that wants to run/walk, as there is a trail that circles the pond. Management recently put up a fence that adds a classy touch and makes the community feel safer. There are some issues, as with any place, but nothing too crazy. Police do patrol often, but I think that helps keep unwanted activity to a minimum. Playground is great, very large. Pool is nice, need to bring your own umbrella if you want shade though.

Staff: Office staff is highly knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Very helpful with everything from applying to renewing to addressing concerns. Two new ladies in the office are nice and seem to know just as much as the seasoned ladies. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner, and typically only require one visit to complete the request. Maintenance guys are always professional and even willing to complete small items that may not be on the original request.

Overall: I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone, even my grandmother. I have lived here since 2013 and it has been a safe place for me to be, without too much unnecessary noise and chaos. It's a beautiful, pretty peaceful area in the middle of all the commotion that is Manassas. Not to mention, the price-to-amenity ratio cannot be beat. Lee mas
