Living here has been frustrating because whenever residents bring up legitimate concerns, management says they will look into it, but after waiting days or even weeks, the usual response is that there is nothing they can do and that residents simply have to deal with it themselves. They are very quick to collect rent every month, but when it comes time to reinvest that money back into the community or address resident concerns, they drag their feet. Expect slow responses and little... follow-through when problems arise.
The property is not maintained to the standard you would expect for the amount of rent being charged. The dumpster area near my building is frequently overflowing with trash, and there is an ongoing issue with dog waste throughout the community. Many residents do not clean up after their dogs, and there are areas where you have to watch every step to avoid stepping in it. Expect cleanliness and common area maintenance to be an ongoing issue.
Snow removal was another major problem. After snowfall, it took far too long for the roads and driveways to be cleared. I was unable to get my vehicle out and get to work for multiple days because the conditions were not addressed in a reasonable timeframe. Expect to be snowed in longer than you should be and hope you don't have somewhere important to be.
I also experienced significant increases in my water and electric charges without any clear explanation. My utility bills suddenly increased to nearly double what I had previously been paying, and I never received a satisfactory explanation for the increase. Expect your monthly costs to be higher than what you originally budgeted for.
What finally pushed me to write this review was a missing package. My package sat outside my apartment for nearly two weeks without any issues. During building power washing, a contractor moved it out of the camera's view, and afterward it disappeared. I reviewed the footage, documented the timeline, and provided videos and screenshots to management. Despite the circumstances and evidence, there was little interest in investigating the matter and no meaningful assistance was provided. Expect to be on your own when something goes wrong.
Overall, my experience has been a pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and delayed action. If management treated resident concerns with the same urgency they show when collecting rent, this would be a much better place to live.

We understand how frustrating unresolved concerns can feel and appreciate the opportunity to address them.... Our team works hard to respond to resident concerns as quickly as possible and maintain open communication throughout the community. Trash is picked up twice weekly; however, there are times when the dumpster areas can become overloaded between scheduled pickups. We continue to monitor these areas closely and remind residents to properly dispose of waste to help keep the community clean. We also regularly address pet waste concerns and encourage all residents to be respectful of shared spaces. Regarding the winter storm, the snowfall and ice conditions were more severe than anticipated across the area. During that time, we brought in additional snow removal crews to assist with clearing roads and parking spaces as quickly and safely as possible while also maintaining communication with residents throughout the storm. We understand the inconvenience these conditions caused and appreciate everyone’s patience during that event. In regard to the package concern, we carefully reviewed the footage provided. The video showed the contractor temporarily moving the package during the power washing process to prevent it from getting wet and then returning it before walking away empty-handed. While we understand how upsetting a missing package can be, the footage did not show the contractor taking the package. We also invited additional footage or information to further assist with the investigation if available. We appreciate all resident feedback, as it allows us to identify areas where we can continue improving both communication and the resident experience.
