We’ve been here for nearly 3 years and it’s one of the best places we’ve ever lived. One of our favorite things they do it a social night where everyone comes together to hangout for a little! If you’re look to change apartments come to hydro!

I have lived at the Hydro for the past two years! I truly couldn’t think of a better location and building to live in. The building is clean and it feels like a true community here! We have the best management & maintenance team who are always wanting to make sure residents love living here. We don’t plan on leaving any time soon :)

We’ve been living here for a little over 2 years and it’s been such a great experience. The building is beautiful, great location, perfect neighbors and the entire staff (from leasing to maintenance and housekeeping) are super professional and personable. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a great community to live in

I have lived at Hydro since 2023, and I can honestly say the maintenance staff here goes above and beyond. They really care about both my home and the overall community, which makes such a difference. I’ve lived in several other buildings in RVA, and Hydro truly stands out—they take the time to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and at home here. The sense of pride and care they show makes living at Hydro a great experience.

I’ve lived in Richmond for years but never stayed in an apartment complex for more than one term. The staff at hydro is always working to better the building and create a great community. I have renewed for the third time and every year a new amenity has been added and the social events that are hosted has resulted in many of great friendships. PRG listens to all Our suggestions and complaints. The parking was increased last year for guests and although we could still use more spots, as a... resident I felt that my voice was heard. Amazing location, great staff. If I could own my apartment here I would keep it forever.
