My experience at The Locks has been great! The staff does a great job of making it feel like a community. We're located on the canal and near VCU, the Fan, Carytown, and Manchester, so there's plenty to walk to and experience. If you're looking for loft-style living, look no further.

I am just coming up on a year living here at The Locks. The management and whole team here go above and beyond to make this one of the best communities to live in Richmond. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, the cleaning staff do an excellent job at keeping the whole building sparkling clean, and the leasing office is friendly and incredibly responsive to all inquiries. I was happy to renew my lease for another year and look forward to continuing to call The Locks home.

I feel so fortunate to be a resident at The Locks. The design and vision of this development truly sets it apart, and the location is fantastic. But perhaps more important than that, is the superb management. Haley could not be more helpful: she made me feel welcome from day one, and continues--along with Chesley--to offer amazing service and assistance. Their management, the social activities they offer and the range of services are exceptional. I never want to leave!
