The Locks Tower is an outstanding place to live in downtown Richmond. The location couldn’t be better — right by the Canal Walk with beautiful river views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and the James River trails. Extremely convenient if you work anywhere downtown. The apartments are modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light. The amenities are well maintained, two story fitness and rooftop pool are exceptional, and the staff is friendly,... professional, and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for to live in downtown Richmond.
