The Locks Tower is an outstanding place to live in downtown Richmond. The location couldn’t be better — right by the Canal Walk with beautiful river views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and the James River trails. Extremely convenient if you work anywhere downtown. The apartments are modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light. The amenities are well maintained, two story fitness and rooftop pool are exceptional, and the staff is friendly,... professional, and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for to live in downtown Richmond.

Great location
Pros: Lovely rooftop views and a pool , new grills and deco makes the rooftop great for entertaining, unit is modern, large island with large windows, and walk in closet and right near the James river, canal and walking trails. Cons: fire alarm goes off falsely frequently
